BrainScream
An online next-generation Internet based record company that sells and distributes music and merchandise for independent recording artists.
This site sells CDs, MP3s and related items, with full real-time e-commerce and online transaction processing. Includes random featured products from the database and full downloads of MP3 files for each album, along with sophisticated back-end tracking systems and reporting capabilities.
Brainscream is soon to be expanded to include additional tools for the artists such as mailing lists, fan pages, offsite links, control panel, etc. to enable the artists to manage their own databases of information via a web interface.

BrainBurger
This site offers the Internet user a meaty source of poignant quotes from some of the greatest thinkers of all time. Sandwiched between a juicy bun, the meaty quotes should be more palatable than a dry, literary format. Click on the "New Choice Of Meat" tag for more quotes.
The site has hundreds of quotes stored in a SQL Server back-end database and is delivered using ASP and VBScript, like most of our newer web sites. It also includes a back-end reporting system with a web interface.
The site's intended purpose is to attract visitors into the brain cluster and keep them entertained whle they're there. The site also provides single-click access to Amazon to purchase any of the books or CDs that contain the current quote.

Waking Born
This is a site for a new psychedelic art rock band based in Los Angeles, providing detailed information on the creation of their debut album, Life Without Breath, along with images, lyrics, artist pages and downloadable audio samples.
This site has an extensive back-end tracking system stored in SQL Server and delivered via a web interface to the site owners.

Antix
Yet another casualty of the dot com crash. Antix was an ambitious project for which we developed all the back-end systems in order to deliver a community-based web site for young skateboarders and their peers.
We developed the back-end system in SQL Server, including an Intranet data loading system. Then some staff changes happened and suddenly it was to be a magazine based metaphor - we had to scramble to change the whole database around in time for the launch, which we duly did.
We also made this demo of a home page for Antix and we're quite proud of the look and feel of the interface, but the guys at Antix thought it was not as good as their own design which was considerably busier and more icon based than this version. Antix was eventually bought out and is now just a redirect.
We had to make up some dumb stories just to fill up the page and some of them might be amusing, or not.

Primordial Soup
We did this site for a very successful art exhibition called "Primordial Soup". There's not much to say about this one, other than it's still up and you can actually go there right now and see some of the art. Here's what the show is about, in their own words:
Primordial Soup to Nuts is a novel perspective of the microcosmic to the macrocosmic. The works in the show range from an intimate view of primordial soup and the origins of life, all the way to a God-like viewpoint of cosmological objects rendered in small scale. On the way the viewer experiences a unique perspective on mankind as a beast of burden straining under the yoke of capitalism, an introspective emotional commentary on present day society and an attempt to piece it all together and somehow make sense and balance of the human condition.
